I am an IT Infrastructure and Network Engineering professional with a background in Desktop Support and System Administration.

I began my career in IT as a Desktop Support Engineer, where I developed practical experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, user access, printers, email clients, and end-user technical issues.

As my career progressed, I gained exposure to Windows Server administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, virtualization, and IT infrastructure management.

I further developed my technical expertise in Network Engineering, focusing on network configuration, troubleshooting, routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, network security, and infrastructure monitoring.

My goal is to build reliable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure that supports business operations.
